FREE RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Return or exchange via mail: You can either print a shipping label and drop off at location to get your refund initiated immediately. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued. Start by visiting our Returns Center.
Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by email or telephone.
Our products purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
EXCHANGES
If your item does not fit, please start by visiting our Returns Center.
If you wish to exchange for a different style or color, please place a new order for the item you wish and then call customer service to get a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
